The new day

Les coulisses

Après la cover de "Don't give up", voici une nouvelle collaboration avec Elgidy. En visite au studio (avec Vic) avec un petit challenge : produire une song avec Monmix avec juste une idée de départ : un truc plutot pop du style "eye in the sky" de Alan Parsons Project.
Au final, si ca commence plutot en pop avec une mélodie qui reste en tête, ça s'avance ensuite vers du pop-rock voire même du rock-pop
La collaboration a touché tous les aspects de la création : les boucles d'accord, la mélodie, la structure, le texte , l'arrangement, l'interprétation (avec en plus une petite touche de Vic sur les choeurs)
Le thème du texte (la jeunesse qui cherche sa place dans un monde parfois difficile à comprendre) s'est directement inspiré des essais de mélodies en yaourt dont les sonorités semblent avoir libéré des mots
La rumeur laisse entendre que ces deux-là (Elgidy et Vic) ont l'intention de poursuivre l'aventure avec leurs propres créations. Monmix se tient prêt...si besoin
